When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the Government Order in G.O.No.152, Highways and small Port Trusts (H.M.2) Department, dated 21.12.2015 and submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 27.10.2014 in W.P.No.26115 of 2013 has been complied with.
