ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 11.01.2019 made in I.A.No.123 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2017, on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Chidambaram.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent and both parties have appeared through Video Conference. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the parties are now living together for the past ten months and the wife has no objection to withdraw the amount lying in the trial Court. 3.In view of the same, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is Closed. No costs.
