This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to release the outstanding payment of Rs.3,98,09,700/- due to the petitioner as envisaged in Ref:Edserve/ RDAT/VTP/438/2011.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that for the work done (vocational training - skill development) by them, the 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents have not made payment, even though they have admitted their liability.
However, according to the respondents, they are disputing their liability. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be treated as a representation given by the petitioner and final orders can be passed by the respondents. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has also not raised any serious objection to the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents to treat the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition as the representation of the petitioner and pass final orders with regard to the alleged non payment of the dues for the work done by them (vocational training - skill development) within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
