ORDER

Both sides counsel appeared through Video Conferencing. 2.Mr.Raja Loganarayanan, Advocate, represented that he has been instructed by Mr.G.Illangovan to delete his name as counsel for the Respondent. Mr.P.Immanuel Coke represented that he continues as a counsel for the Respondent. Hence, the Registry is directed to remove the name of Mr.G.Ilangovan.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and requests to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition as infructuous and he undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
