ORDER
This Court by an order dated 22.03.2017 in W.P.No.44412 of 2016 directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's review dated 23.07.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Since the order was not complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court the first respondent has passed an order in the revision petition and produced a copy of the order.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
