2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed, and the delay is condoned.

3.Registry is required to number the CRP, if the papers are otherwise in order, and also required to print the name of Mr.R.Krishnaswamy for caveator when the matter is posted for admission.
