Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SOUNDARARAJAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MATHAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This court by an order dated 09.08.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.13531 of 2016, granted bail to the petitioner till the disposal of the appeal, by suspending the sentence alone and the petitioner was ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, Erode District, within a period of two weeks from the date of the order.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he obtained order copy only on 18.08.2017 and hence petitioner could not comply with the directions and he seeks extension of time to execute the bond.
3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner. Time is extended. Petitioner is directed to execute the bond within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as directed in the order dated 09.08.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.13531 of 2016. This Criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
