ORDER

This Court, in Crl.O.P. No.10618 of 2015, on 28.04.2015, passed the following order:

"3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, a blanket direction to file a final report cannot be given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, a direction is issued to the respondent police to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report with due notice to the de facto complainant as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible."

cad This contempt petition is filed alleging that the respondent police has not complied with the aforesaid order passed by this Court. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent has complied with the aforesaid order passed by this Court by completing the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2015 and filing closure report, after serving R.C.S. notice on the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi on 27.11.2015. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this contempt petition is closed. 15.06.2016 cad Cont. Petition No.2078 of 2015
