Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent relating to the impugned order Letter No.7039/Trade Fair/2013 dated 03.04.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the 4th and 5th respondents to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting the Exhibition from 20.08.2013 to 20.10.2013 at VOC Ground, Coimbatore based on his Application dated 01.01.2013 and forward the same to the first and second respondents herein.
