ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the following prayer:- "To call for the records pertaining to the issue of the order dated 22.01.2020 duly issued by the President, Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Medical Council, Arignar Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine, Campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106, the first respondent herein and quash the same."

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Saravanavel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the order impugned in this writ petition has been withdrawn vide proceedings of the President, Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Medical Council, Chennai dated 28.02.2020, a copy of which is produced before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would also acknowledge the withdrawal of the impugned proceedings.

4.In view of the same, this writ petition stands closed and in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any future action of the respondents, it is always open for him to agitate his rights, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
