This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 13762 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11648 of 2023 to report before the respondent police every first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This Petition stands allowed.
