This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.79 of 2024 dated 05.01.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.The petition stands dismissed as against the first petitioner and the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
