O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass final order in the departmental enquiry pending against the petitioner as per the letter made in Letter No.1118/Per-N/87 by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per-N) Department, dated 22.12.1987.

2.Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader that the respondents will take final decision on the departmental enquiry within a period of 10 days, by duly following the Letter (MS) No.1118/Per-N/98, dated 22.12.1987 issued by the Government of Tamilnadu.

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to take final decisions on the departmental enquiry pending against the petitioner by duly following the letter dated 22.12.1987 issued by the Government, as expeditiously as possible, preferably after 6th April 2021. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
