Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the Provisional Final List published on 12.09.2013 in the website of the MRB by the respondent in Notification No.8/MRB/E4/2013 dated 12.09.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondent to publish the final list for recruitment to the post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental) (Specialty) as per the posts mentioned in the respondent notification No.01/2013 dated 31.03.2013 and based on the certificate verification held on 29.06.2013 and 26.07.2013 by allotting a post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental) (Specialty) under M.DS.
