Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the Respondents herein for committing Contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.13543 of 2017 dated 08.06.2017.

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 08.06.2017, disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the writ petition in W.P.No.13543/2017 along with other cases, in the following terms:

"The impugned notices dated 02.05.2017 and

03.05.2017 issued by the respondent concerned are quashed. The matter is remanded back to the respondents for fresh consideration, in the light of the earlier order of this Court dated 27.10.2015 in W.P.No.26445 of 2015 etc. batch of cases and also in accordance with law and for notifying the tender. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

2.Since the said order has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by respondents. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in RC.No.Q6/14999/2017 dated 21.12.2017 to that effect.

4.Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
