ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27756 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further order.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested by the Inspector of Police, Nungambakkam under PT warrant in respect of another case; that the petitioner was subsequently enlarged on bail vide order dated 20.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.549 of 2025 with one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner that, he should report before the Nungambakkam Police Station everyday at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., until further orders; that therefore the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition imposed on him in Crl.O.P.No.27756 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024 and hence prays for modifying the aforesaid condition as that the petitioner shall report before the Nungambakkam Police Station instead of Cyber Crime Police Station, CCD-III, Mayiladuthurai.

The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is accused in three different cases in Crime No.158 of 2024 on the file of the Coimbatore City Cyber Crime Police Station, in Crime No.5 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station CCD-III, Mayiladuthurai and in Crime No.312 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nungambakkam Police Station; and that the petitioner is enlarged on bail in all the cases with one the conditions to report before the respective respondent police everyday. 2/4

Considering the submissions of both sides and the fact that the petitioner is accused in three different cases registered by three different respondents and the fact that the petitioner is enlarged on bail in all the cases either by this Court or by the learned Magistrates concerned, with one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner, to report everyday before the respective respondents and considering the fact that the petitioner is unable to comply with the aforesaid condition simultaneously, this Court is of the view that the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27756 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024 can be modified as follows: "(a) The petitioner shall report before the Coimbatore City Cyber Crime Police Station in respect of Crime No.158 of 2024, everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks from 19.03.2025;

(b) Thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station CCD-III, Mayiladuthurai in respect of Crime No.5 of 2024, everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks;

(c) Thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Nungambakkam Police Station in respect of Crime No.312 of 2024, everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks.
