(in CRP(NPD).2645/2013) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M/S.R.GURURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for Respondent the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the Original Suit involved in this civil revision petition.

2. The Civil Judge had sought for extension and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
