The two sons and one daughter of T.Sivakumar, who died intestate on 18.07.2020 had filed the present Petition seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the Insurance Policy of their father T.Sivakumar.

2. Publication had been effected. The second and third petitioners are given consent affidavits consenting for grant of Succession Certificate in the name of the first petitioner. The first petitioner examined himself as PW-1 and Ex.P-1 is the TATA AIA Life Insurance Policy, Ex.P-2 is the death certificate of his mother, Ex.P-3 is the death certificate of his father, Ex.P-8 is the legal heirship certificate and Exs.P-6 and P-7 are the consent affidavits of the second and third petitioners.

3. In view of the evidence recorded, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the first petitioner with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest specified in the schedule is issued.
