This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28603 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner s shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
