Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH PETITIONS] the court made the following order:-

These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.2913 & 2911 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.

3.
