Heard Mr. P.Arumugavel, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. P.Vijaya Devi, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to issue building planning permission to the Petitioner for Plot No. 139 to an extent of 2400 sq. ft. comprised in Survey No. 390/1A2, 390/1A3, 390/1A1A1A1C, 390/1A2A2 as per new patta new Survey No. 390/1A1A2 and 390/1A1A1A1C situated at Old No. 153, New No. 17, Sunnambu Kolathur Village, 'Viduthalai Nagar' in Sholinganallur Taluk, Chengalpattu District within the time frame that may be fixed by the Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that planning permission as sought by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition has been granted by the Second Respondent on 12.03.2024. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
