This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 26.05.2017.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion on 25.01.2019, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 29.01.2019 under the caption ' or dismissal'. When the matter is taken up today (i.e. on 18.11.2021), no one appeared for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Mr.M.Vijayan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner approached the respondent and on 15.03.2018, the entire deposit was refunded. In view of the return of the deposit only the petitioner is not showing any interest in prosecuting the case.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
