This petition has been filed seeking to extent the time to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 23.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.859 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 22.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
