ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16880 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24643 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24643 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16880 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24643 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed.
