O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.10.2014 passed in W.P.No.28007 of 2014.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from Head Quarters Deputy Tahsildar, Nagapattinam, submitted that an objection has been received from one R.M.Sundaram to the petitioner's request for grant of patta.

3. The learned counsel appearing for R.M.Sundaram is also present today and he has submitted that the petitioner herein has suppressed certain facts and filed the writ petition and R.M.Sundaram has also filed independent writ petition in W.P.No.31811 of 2014 and the same is pending.

4. Be that as it may. By order dated 27.10.2014, this court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2013 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the Head Quarters Deputy Tahsildar, Nagapattinam, submits that a speaking order will be passed

and same will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The said submission is placed on record. The contempt Petition stands closed.
