ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 494(b), 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.104 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein are brother-in-law and mother-in-law of the defacto complainant. The specific allegations against the petitioners is that they solemnized second marriage to A1 who is the husband of the defacto complainant and when she questioned about their conduct, the defacto complainant was abused and threatened.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners by stating that the abscondance of the petitioners has tampered the investigation. Unless and until they are taken in to the custodial interrogation, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entire gambit of the crime will not come to light. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
