O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to disburse the amount deposited by the members of the petitioner / Association within a stipulated time.

2. Admittedly, the case was referred to the Special Court Constituted under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) (TNPID) Act, 1997 in Crime No.1 of 2011. The TNPID Act itself provides scope for filing an appropriate application to disburse the amount deposited. There are several other provisions made available to grant the relief to the victim / depositors.

3. Therefore, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition requires an adjudication with reference to the disputed facts. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court constituted for the purpose of redressing their grievances.
