This application has been filed seeking grant of leave to the plaintiffs/applicants to initiate separate proceedings against the defendants/respondents with regard to other claims on the same cause of action.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application.

3. A perusal of averments made in para-7 of the plaint shows that there is breach of contract. It is also not in dispute that the proposed relief is also against the very same defendants/respondents. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
