This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to investigate in FIR Cr.No.06/2015, dated 11.05.2015 and to file a charge sheet against the accused and submit action taken final report before the competent court. 2.No representation for the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.06 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police.

5. It is seen from the records that the husband of the petitioner is in Dubai and the parents-in-law of the petitioner are in Chennai.

6.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
