ORDER

Pursuant to the directions of this Court, Dr.B.Chandramohan, I.A.S., Principal Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, Revenue Department, is present today in the Court.

2. 2.Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders of this court passed in the writ petition has been complied with and necessary Government Order and consequential patta have been issued in favour of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the Government Order and the patta have been issued.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed. 18.09.2017 Index : Yes/No Rj
