This Petition has been filed to re-open the Contempt Petition No.1031/2021 on the ground that the Respondents have not paid the amount undertaken by them before this Court on 25.10.2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the order passed by this Court on 25.10.2021 has been complied with and the Respondents have paid the amount to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this contempt petition stands closed.
