This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.183 of 2024 on the file of the first
respondent, for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 126(2), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.183 of 2024 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, on 07.10.2024. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.
3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
