Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the first respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of without passing any adverse orders against the second respondent affecting her interest, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2017, in and by which, he sought for issuance of separate Patta in his favour in respect of the property in S.No.18/1A5, measuring an extent of 8 cents, situated at Dakshinavarthi Village,

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent has already conducted an enquiry, by considering the representation of the petitioner, however, no final order has been passed till date.

4. Heard both sides.

5. From the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that the enquiry was already conducted and therefore, this Court, without expressing any view or opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2017 after issuing fresh notice to the petitioner and the second respondent herein as well as any other rival claimants/interested parties/objectors/adjacent owners of four boundaries of the subject property/aggrieved parties, as the case may be, conduct fresh enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
