ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.06.2015 and subsequently direct the respondent to enquire the case within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has alleged that her husband was having some affair with other women prior to marriage and he continues to have such affairs even after marriage. On allegations of such nature, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband is threatening the petitioner. If that is true, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint, whenever there is a threat from her husband and the same shall be looked into by the respondent Police and action be taken in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
