O.P.No.294 of 2020 O.P.No.294 of 2020 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J, When this matter was listed before the Master for evidence on 01.11.2021 and 05.01.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented before the Master that he is not able to contact his client. Thereafter, when the matter was listed before the Master on 21.03.2022, 06.06.2022 and 14.06.2022, none represented the petitioner. Therefore, the Master has posted the matter before this Court for passing appropriate orders.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Master and the non-appearance of the petitioner before this Court, would clearly show that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
