This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25035 of 2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court during Court hearing dates.
