O R D E R

Heard Mr.Sugumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2.According to the petitioner, while he was working as a Junior Engineer in Alkathur Union, he constructed a Panchayat Services Center at the cost of Rs.3,00,000/-. Despite his representation the amount was not disbursed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.8.2016.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.8.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing ample opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
