(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 5(1) and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, in Crime No.3 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2020. He would also submit that the petitioner has been arrested and released on bail.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for the petitioner has become infructuous.
