The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 730 days in re-presenting the civil miscellaneous appeals in C.M.A.Sr.Nos.14271 and 14270 of 2020 respectively.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.

3. It is made clear that the claimant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 730 days.
