This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on the every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail in Crl.O.P.No.31435 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed in No.166 of 2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed.
