This Writ Petition is premature, seeing as the application of the petitioner in terms of Section 7(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 is itself been filed only on 14.02.2022 and it would be appropriate that the petitioner to pursue the same before the authorities instead of rushing to the Court.
