(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The petitioner claims that the land in question are not Government lands and he is the owner of those lands. These questions cannot be gone into conveniently in the contempt proceedings.

2. Hence, this Sub-Application is dismissed. Leaving it open to the petitioner in Sub.Appl.246 of 2025 to take appropriate legal proceedings before the appropriate forum, as he may be advised.
