The petitioner/A3 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 336, 427, 392, 397, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.196 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that when the defacto complainant was returning home, the accused persons had waylaid him and assaulted him and robbed cash of Rs.700/- from him.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) that A1 had been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

4. Earlier application seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed on 24.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29231 of 2023.

5. Taking all those factors into consideration and that there are ten previous cases as against the petitioner herein and also that there is no change in circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
