2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the parties that the suit itself has been disposed of and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said statement this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
