dated 15.02.2022 issued by the 4th respondent to the petitioner and quash the same and further direction to the 3rd respondent not to transfer the students now studying in the petitioner institution in the B.H.M.S and B.NY.S Courses Naturopathy and Homeopathy to the colleges mentioned in the letter dated 15.02.2022 of the 4th respondent. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner college is directed to return all the original certificates to the students who studied in the petitioner institution at that relevant point of time so as to enable them to pursue their higher studies.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
