ORDER

The writ petition is filed for considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2025.

2. Upon perusing the representation, it is seen that the petitioner is making a complaint that five persons, namely one Ravichandran and four others, had collected the donation in respect of the temple and misappropriated the same and no action has been taken.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondents, placing reliance on the written instructions, would submit that the matter was enquired into and an inspection was conducted. The five persons who had collected the amounts have submitted the accounts and the accounts have been verified. They have also handed over the articles that were donated by the devotees, namely brass, stainless steel, silver and gold articles, to the temple. It is also submitted that henceforth the donations will be undertaken only by the temple authorities.
