ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents from in any way infringing the personal liberty and freedom that is guaranteed under the III Schedule of the Constitution of India, except in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that two FIRs were pending against the petitioner's son, in order to conduct an enquiry, the petitioner was called for enquiry. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed, and a final report was also filed by the respondent Police, and this petitioner is not an accused in any of the FIRs.

3. In view of the above, no further orders needs to be passed in this writ petition, and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
