When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., on 11.12.2018), once again, there is no representation either by the petitioner or by his counsel.

2. Mr.Niranjan Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent would submit that since the Public Interest Litigation came to be filed purely based on reports from newspapers, the same is not maintainable and seeks time to get particulars as to the further action taken in respect of the alleged money laundering.
