O R D E R
(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The Petitioner has approached this Court as her daughter viz., J.Nivetha, aged about 17 years is found missing from 06.02.2020. It is seen from records that in this regard, First Information Report has been registered in Cr.No.98 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020 as 'Girl Missing' case.
2.Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that subsequently, the girl was traced and found with the second respondent by the Inspector of Police and reported that it is a case of elopement. He https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
further submitted that she has been subjected to medical tests and after the completion of the formalities, she will be handed over to the petitioner.
3.Recording the above facts, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
4.To verify as to whether the petitioner has been given the custody of the minor daughter, Call the matter under the caption "For Compliance" on 24.03.2020.
