Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 03.07.2023 and more particularly, the Post Script II thereat (P.S.-II). 2.Pursuant to the aforementioned P.S.-II, the matter is listed under the caption 'FOR REPORT' today.

3.Learned Prosecutor Mr.E.Raj Thilak instructed by Mr.Thalavaisamy, Inspector of Police, on behalf of the third respondent has placed before us a report dated 06.07.2023. In the report, it has inter alia been mentioned that an error has crept in which is regretted and that all concerned would be careful in future.

4.A Circular issued by the third respondent being Circular dated 04.07.2023 bearing reference RC No.3542/R1/2022 regarding 1/3

instructions for serving detention order is also attached to the status report.
